Hot-tubs were actually a part of the ancient Egyptian cultures, followed by the Romans and the Greeks. Everyone of them had their own views as to the health benefits of a hot-tub. Hot-tubs were used to optimize the respiratory system, while the Germans and the Japanese were of the view that hot-tubs enhance the beauty of a being and work as anti oxidants which help improve the aging factors. Water therapy nowadays, is considered to be playing a major rule in reducing the number of some dreadful cases like breast cancer, asthma etc, and the surprising factor is that no medication is included. All a person has to do is consume 1.5 litres of water everyday, and that seems to be it. It keeps the body hydrated thus reducing the chance of such diseases to occur.
